ERI Case Studies:

 

Kingsland, TX  has over three thousand 80-gallon tanks with grinders and pumps that move waste to the Kingsland conveyance system.  The flow is pumped through lift stations to the wastewater treatment plant, which uses drying beds for sludge handling.  The total average daily flow of the system is approximately 340,000 gallons per day.

 

Richmond, TX  has a 1.2 MGD activated sludge plant.  ERI is being used in all force mains to control odors.  

 

Biocope Case Studies:

 

Austin, Texas  has several small package plants that handles wastewater from a small area of service.  The size of the plants range from .040 MGD to .060 MGD, but some plants are operated in combination for total flows of .180 MGD.  BioCOPE is treating seven of these plants.

 

Garrett County, Maryland  receives septic and grease wastes from individuals and businesses located within the county.  The plant’s aerated tank has a capacity of 37,000 gallons, and all waste is pumped from the tank to reed beds.  The reed beds have an area of about 15,000 square feet.  The lift stations and collection system are located in a mountainous area that has a ski slope and a large lake.

 

Santa Margarita Water District (North Beach - Mission Viejo, CA) has used Biocope in a problem lift station since October 2002.
